YC Media Holdings, LLC is a New York holding company formed in 2026 to acquire and operate digital marketing agencies, affiliate networks, healthcare businesses and the software that serves them. It is founded and led by Yauheni Chvanau, a serial founder who has run the New York digital marketing agency DiscoverMyBusiness since 2018 and built several other companies from scratch.

Yauheni is a serial founder who has built several companies from scratch. He founded DiscoverMyBusiness in New York in 2018 and has led it since. A paid-search specialist, he has personally managed more than 500 advertising accounts and leads the agency’s fractional CMO engagements for clients in legal, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and ecommerce.
Alongside the agency, he has built:
- a pool and spa ecommerce company, combining dropshipping and private-label products, that reached seven-figure annual revenue within two years;
- a white-label software company generating six figures a year at roughly 95% margins;
- a partnership business that earns multi-six-figure commissions;
- smaller real estate and car rental ventures.
Each of those companies took two to three years to reach real, dependable revenue. That experience led to a different approach: rather than starting the next business from zero, buy established businesses that already have customers, revenue and a team, and apply what he has learned about growing them. In 2026 he formed YC Media Holdings to do exactly that, starting with agencies and software, where DiscoverMyBusiness already has the people to operate them.

DiscoverMyBusiness: the team that runs what we buy.
Most first-time acquirers buy a business and then look for people to run it. We start with an operating agency already in place. DiscoverMyBusiness is a New York digital marketing agency, founded by Yauheni in 2018, with its own in-house development team. It provides the marketing, development and back-office support that businesses we acquire need from day one.

Paid search and paid social, SEO, content, conversion rate optimization, and fractional CMO leadership for small and mid-sized businesses.
In-house development
Engineers who build websites, automation and AI tools for clients, and who take over the code, hosting and support of software we acquire.

Software we built ourselves
In 2026 the team built and launched its own Shopify app, so we know first-hand what it takes to run and grow an app on that platform.
